Custom regulator for convection oven hoods in roomy kitchens. RH series is born from a study in partnership with a famous company operating in the hotel building sector; RH regulator is totally automatic and it is supplied with a humidity sensor which controls the hood suction only when the oven door is open, without any connection between them. When started on, the regulator begins to collect data concerning the humidity of the environment and follows the humidity rate evolution constantly. When the RH level is increased, the regulator begins to vary the speed of the fan on the ground of the RH factor increment.
